Meet Buttons, a vibrant, lively and affectionate bundle of joy wrapped in a Yorkie and Westie Terrier Cross. He's a sprightly 3 year old who has boundless energy and a heart full of cuddles. Buttons loves nothing more than to chase toys and playfully explore on his walks, his curious nose always sniffing out new adventures. But don't be fooled by his active streak, he's equally fond of snuggling and fussing with you; with Buttons, you get the best of both worlds! If you’re ready for a journey full of laughter, companionship, and unforgettable memories, this cheerful little furball is all set to fill your world with unending joy and adventurous escapades!

Meet Buttons, who is searching for an active, fun and caring home where he will be able to shower his human companions with love! He's a sociable fellow who can live with children aged over 14 who will engage him in fun, sensible play and give him space when he needs it. Buttons isn't keen on sharing his space with other dogs, so he would thrive as the only pet in a home, preferably one without neighbouring dogs. He will need his own garden, secure at both high and low levels, as this sprightly boy is quite the agile adventurer! Buttons does tend to form a special bond with one family member, and this attachment will require some tactful handling, for which our team will provide all the advice and support you need. Eager to learn and adapt, Buttons is ready to brush up his basic training skills and is getting comfortable with wearing a muzzle in public. His new family will need to invest some time in training, particularly during the initial settling-in period. Buttons might also need a little reminder about housetraining. He is able to spend a couple of hours on his own, however, it would be ideal to gradually increase his alone time after an initial period with plenty of company. Buttons will need to meet his adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. If you rent your property, please have written permission from your landlord ready once you have submitted your application to avoid delays, as it will be required early on in the rehoming process if you are shortlisted. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes between 7 - 10 days.
