  • Sex:Female
  • Breed:Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Connie is a sweet girl and a big hit with the staff at the centre. She goes about her day very happily, waggling her chunky bum as she goes! She loves her walks but can be strong on her lead if there's something she wants to investigate. Connie is very affectionate and just lives for belly rubs! Despite having a few veterinary procedures and investigations and small procedures, she has no issues with the vet and any other handling. Connie was rescued from very poor living standards but has very much put that behind her and is a happy dog. She was being bothered by an off lead dog on one of her walks and did bite it, so now she wears a muzzle on walkies but she isn't bothered, and it doesn't spoil her enjoyment of exercise. She will need to be the only dog at home and it's probably better that she's walked at quiet times and in quiet areas. Connie is eight and has had some mammary masses removed but has been given the all clear.

Connie can live with children aged 12 and over, but needs to be the only pet. She is house trained and can be left alone for two or three hours.
