Zara - female St Bernard

2 year old Zara ia a gentle giant and has settled in well with her foster family who really love having her to stay. She is in foster with two older children aged 13 & 14 who she is very affectionate with. If you rent your property, please ensure you have written permission from your landlord before applying for a dog.

Zara can live with older children (aged 12 and over), another calm dog, a confident cat and other suitably caged animals in her new home. She will need a family who are around most the day, especially whilst she is settling in. She has been left for an hour with some enrichment and when her foster carer returns she is happy to see them, so we would advise building the leaving hours up slowly. Zara loves people and she will need a family who can accommodate her size.
