Paddy - male Poodle (Standard)

4-year-3-months-old Paddy is a friendly boy but very frightened if people try to interact with him. Although this fearful boy isn’t too keen with being handled, he is a very good boy with great housetraining skills. He doesn’t show any interest in toys or games but does love the company of other dogs. He loves his walks to be accompanied by other dogs and does travel well in the car!

Paddy is a nervous boy who would need a home with another dog (neutered females) to help build his confidence (pending a successful dog mix at the centre). His potential new family will need to meet Paddy on multiple visits, here at the centre, to enable him to become familiar with them. He will need to be rehomed in a calm adult only home, due to his fearful nature. Paddy is looking for a family that provides plenty of patience and reassurance to help build a bond with him. He can be left up to 1-4 hours within the home, but this will need to be built up very gradually to ensure Paddy feels safe and secure.
