Buttons - male Terrier (Patterdale)

Buttons is a fun little ball of energy! He loves to play and is really starting to progress with his training. He loves nothing more than to go on long walks investigating lots of new smells. When he feels comfortable with you he loves fuss and attention. He will make a fabulous addition to the right household!

Buttons is a 1 year old energetic terrier-cross looking for an adult-only home. He can get frustrated around dogs which does result in him becoming vocal. He will need owners who are happy to work through his training to help him practice less excitable behaviours and feel more relaxed. Owners will need to have quiet walking areas whilst working through his training. Buttons can be worried by new people so adopters will need to travel to the centre for several visits to build up a lovely relationship. He has a very high prey-drive so a fully enclosed garden is a must to enable him to have a run around. He can be anxious when left so owners will need to build up leaving hours slowly.
