Oscar - male Lurcher Cross

Oscar enjoys his food and likes his treats and enrichment such as snufflemats. As a special treat he loves the high-value stuff such as chicken and sausages. He is comfortable with being handled and groomed and will lean in for scratches and a cuddle. Oscar is a lovely 6 and a half year old Lurcher who loves a fuss and tasty treats. Friendly towards everyone he meets, Oscar could live with a family with children of 12 and older who will take him on long, sniffy walks where he can explore to his heart's content. He could live with another dog pending successful introductions at the centre. Oscar does have a high chase drive so would not suit a home with small furries or cats and will need to be kept on lead when outside of the home. He would love a garden where he can chase his toys around or snooze quietly in the sunshine. This affectionate boy struggles with being left alone and would prefer someone to be around all of the time. He is happy to travel in the car for adventures further afield but he does like to chase bikes.
