Ace - male Lurcher Cross

This sweet boy loves quiet walks and cuddles and most of all, playing tug toys with his favourite people. Ace enjoys his treats (especially hot dogs) and Licky bowls and snuffle mats are ideal to help him relax after an active play session. He takes his time to build a close bond with people but once comfortable, he will lean in for a neck or bum scratch. If you are shortlisted for Ace, please be aware a meet will be arranged at the centre within 48 hours and your new family member may be home with you within 7 days.

Ace is a lovely, affectionate 7 year old Lurcher Cross looking for a quiet and caring home. He could live with a family with children of 14 years and older. Ace needs a confident and understanding owner who will support him when out and about. When he is around other dogs, he does get worried and so he must wear his muzzle and lead when in public areas. Busy dog walking areas are stressful for Ace and he much prefers quiet walks where he can relax. Ace is not used to being left on his own and prefers his people to be around most of the time. He travels well in the car.
