Willow - female Lurcher

Willow is a sweetheart who makes friends easily wherever she goes. She hasn't had a lot of experience around other dogs so can be a little unsure on how to interact with them. She can walk alongside other dogs and is happy to see them out and about but if they react to her, she can become a little vocal back. Willow can be strong on lead, however she is much better when walked on a harness. Willow loves lots of attention and fuss from people and will make a lovely companion for someone who is looking for a very affectionate dog.

Willow is a very friendly 7 year old Lurcher who was found as a stray. She is currently living in one of our foster homes where she has settled in very nicely, already proving to be housetrained too! Willow is looking for a home where she can be the only pet and where any children are primary school aged or older. Leaving hours would need to be introduced slowly once she has settled in, but she absolutely loves going out in the car so would happily join you on any outings. Willow does have a high prey drive so will need to be kept on a lead in public, she's therefore looking for a fully secure garden with at least 6ft fencing where she can potter around with her new family.
