Dexter - male Retriever (Labrador)

Despite being an older boy, Dexter still has plenty of energy and absolutely LOVES his walks with his best pal Kylie or playing with his soft teddies. He’s a friendly chap and enjoys making new friends but saves a special place in his heart for his most loved humans. Typical of his breed, Dexter is a very foodie boy, and his tail is always wagging when treats or his dinner bowl are in sight. However, he does tend to gobble up his food rather quickly, so it is best to feed him in a slow-feeder, or snuffle mat, so that he doesn’t make himself feel sick.

Dexter is a handsome, senior Labrador, aged 15. He’s seeking his forever home with his best pal Kylie, an 11-year-old Crossbreed, who he has lived with since his youth. The pair share a beautiful bond and would love to continue their journey as a pair. Both loving in their characters, they will make for wonderful companions to an adult-only family, where they can relish soaking up all the attention as the only pets. A garden of their own would be preferred, so that they could both bound around and play off-lead from time to time.
