Milo - male Retriever (Labrador)

Milo loves a fuss and a back scratch from his favourite humans, once he has built that all-important bond. He would benefit from an active family that can provide him with all of the exercise and mental stimulation he needs.

Milo is a fun and loving 3 year old Labrador Retriever looking for an adult-only home. He is a friendly boy and once he has got to know you, he will likes to lean in for attention. Puzzles, scent games, and loads of play opportunities - especially tennis ball tracking - will help keep him engaged and relaxed. Milo can potentially live with another dog, but he cannot live with cats. He has been playful with dogs and he also likes to sniff around and explore. He is a lively boy, eager to learn and will thrive on short bursts of training. He still has to learn that he cannot meet every dog so further training and socialising is key.
Milo must be on lead in public and wear a muzzle for stressful situations such as visiting the vet. He would benefit from frequent positive, happy vet interactions to help him relax.
He enthusiastically jumps into the car, but needs to work on settling in the car before travelling. He is housetrained and knows all the basics and is learning to go to his bed when being left. He loves his treats and his willingness to work for them makes his ongoing training fun.
