Kira and Lola have stolen the hearts of the staff here at the Centre since arriving as two very shy girls. Since then, they have slowly come out of their shells and have shown us their amazing personalities! They will need a few meets before adoption, but we have no doubt that with an understanding adopter they will form a brilliant relationship once settled in the home. They are both very clever and know how to sit and give paw. They are also housetrained and travel well in the car. Their adopter will need to be at home with them to begin with and until leaving time can be built up. They are true lovers of their home comforts and would be delighted to find a home that treats them as part of the family. We can’t wait to see this pair thrive in their forever home, so if you think they might be your pawfect match please make sure you include ‘Kira’ as a favourite dog when completing your online application to express interest in both.

Meet Kira and her best friend Lola! Kira is a beautiful 3-year-old Labrador and Lola is a very sweet 1 year old Goldendoodle. These girls came into our care to no fault of their own and are now ready to start find that special forever home that will adopt them together. As a bonded pair, they gain so much confidence and happiness from being together, so it is important that anyone interested in them are ready to bring two lovely ladies into their life! In the past, Kira and Lola have not spent time around children, so they are looking for an adult only home, or a home with older teenagers. They have been great at meeting the other dogs here at the Rehoming Centre and enjoy taking part in our group walks! They can have doggy walking buddies and they could potentially live with another suitable dog after meets here at the Centre. As Kira and Lola are sensitive in nature, they will need a quiet home where they can enjoy an easy-going life with very little visitors. Ideally their new home will have a secure outdoor space where they can run and play together during the day. They are also super girls when out and about on their walks and have done really well when walking around traffic with their Canine Carers. It is clear to see that these girls are just beautiful, but they will also make wonderful companions to an adopter that is understanding and patient enough to let their confidence grow and a bond to form.
