Lady - female Terrier (Jack Russell)

Lady is a real sweetheart who is currently living off-site in a foster home where she can have all the home comforts she deserves. She has recently had an operation on her cruciate ligament but is recovering well and is ready to find her forever home. Her foster carer told us that she is perfect in the house, already housetrained and enjoys a short potter where she is great on lead. She is friendly with everyone she meets, including other dogs. She loves a good fuss and cuddle and likes to sleep in her own bed in the bedroom. If you are looking for a calm and gentle companion for plenty of sofa snuggles then you might be a great match for Lady.

Lady is a wonderful 9yr old Jack Russell who is looking for a calm retirement home to relax in. She likes a quiet life so a busy household with children won't suit, but high-school aged kids should be fine. She's been recovering from an operation so sharing with other pets won't be an option for now, but she's fine with dogs out and about. She'll need someone around all the time initially to properly settle her in before slowly building up any time on her own. Lady will need to continue medication for her Arthritis and our Vet will discuss this in more detail.
