Ivy - female French Bulldog Cross

Ivy is a 2 year old FBD cross Pug who was handed over to us through no fault of her own. Travels well in the car. Leaving hours would need to be built up slowly over time whilst she settles into her new home. Once Ivy gets to know you she is super lovely and loves a cuddle. She loves her food but does need to be fed separate from Poppy as she can guard food from other dogs. Sweet girl with lots of love to give and would be a rewarding rehome to see her blossom in confidence in her new home.

Ivy is a nervous girl who is seeking patient owners who can help bring her out of her shell. She is looking for an adult only home with no visiting children as she can be reactive and worried meeting new people. So a quiet home with not too many visitors would suit her best. Ivy could potentially live with her friend Poppy but no other dogs in the home as she is unsure meeting new dogs and can be vocal approaching unknown dogs. New owners will need to continue with all her confidence building. And would benefit from a secure private garden to explore and help with housetraining. Knowledge of how to care for a Brachycephalic breed and how to manage in hot weather would be beneficial.
