Ramsey - male Trailhound

Ramsey is such a cool dude and loves to get scratches, but he can also be quite an independent fella at times. An active home would suit this loveable hound well, along with someone who can manage Ramsey’s high energy levels with enrichment and potentially gates in the home. Our training team will work closely with his new family to set him up for success with multiple meets at the centre, alongside home visits prior to his adoption to help him adjust to his new home as he has spent some time in kennels.

Ramsey is a rambunctious soul who loves to socialise and utilise his nose to find things. He is looking to have access straight from the home into a secure garden (with a 6ft fence) where he can bound around and play to his heart’s content. Ramsey needs to be kept on the lead whilst in public spaces, as he doesn’t have any recall at the moment. This handsome boy does enjoy sociable walks with other dogs but is looking to be the only pet in the home at the moment. We don’t have a lot of information about Ramsey in a home, so he would like someone around for most of the day and would like to work on his basic training. We think an experienced home would be best for him to help set him up for success.
