Tilly (Was Rihara) - Female Cross Breed

05-06-24 Tilly originally came to us as a puppy after she was found in a dump in Romania. She was adopted and found a wonderful home, however she didn't get along with one of the resident dogs in her home and could not be left unattended with her. Despite her adopters managing this to the best of their ability, following a recent incident they felt that it would be in both dogs best interests to rehome Tilly. Tillys main issue stems from food agression, but this is only directed towards other dogs and not humans. But for this reason Tilly will be looking for an adult only home, with no visiting children and where she can be the only dog and have all the fuss and attention to herself. She is a wonderful girl who is very sweet, very cuddly and super affectionate with the people she knows and trusts. She absolutely loves belly rubs! She loves her walks and is walked on a halti as she can pull. She can struggle with her recall and can be wary of other dogs and strangers so she has not been allowed off the lead. She loved to play with the resident labradoodle in her home and got along well with her and only had an issue with the smaller terrier. She sleeps well at night, is crate trained and we believe she is also toilet trained. All in all, Tilly is a wonderful girl and in the right home envrionment she is truly going to thrive so please don't leave her waiting too long. Tilly was tested for Brucella as a puppy before departing Romania and this test result was negative and a copy of this will be included in her adoption pack. Her adopters feel she may be a Mioritic Shepherd but without a DNA test we wouldn't be able to confirm this.
