Thumper - male Collie (Border) Cross

Thumper is a sweet little lad who we know will blossom into a wonderful companion. He needs a family that can give him lots of love, time and patience to settle in.

Thumper is a lovely little guy who does have a sensitive side. He's on the search for a forever home with adults only where he can find his paws and grow in confidence. Thumper isn't a big fan of seeing the vet or too much intense handling so he's learning to wear his muzzle to make this less scary, which he is enjoying as it means lots of tasty treats! Thumper will need to be the only dog, however has previously lived with a cat. He can be a little bit over excited so introductions will need to be done gradually and the resident cat will need to be dog savvy and confident. Thumper hasn't really learnt how to be home alone yet, so would like adopters that can be home most of the time. His new family will need to visit him a few times here at the centre, so our training team can teach you all about Thumper! He will need his own secure garden where he can zoom around and play!
