Max - male Spaniel (Cavalier King Charles)

Max would be happier to live with older primary school age kids. Max can be a little dog selective whilst out on a walk and can be a bit vocal at times but, usually, once he’s gone up to say hello, he does calm down! We do think that, although Max can live with another small dog, he wouldn’t mind having all the attention to himself as he has shown some guarding behaviour with other dogs in the past so, this would have to be managed!! Max can find visitors to the home a little worrying and can be vocal so would need owners who are willing to give him time and make sure he has a space he can retreat too!

Max is a lovely little man who is looking for a home where he can snuggle up on the sofa with his favourite people! He absolutely loves playing with soft toys, both with people and by himself! We frequently hear him playing whilst in his kennel! Max loves his food and gets really excited so, even though he only knows the basics, we think he’ll enjoy learning some new tricks with his family like spin and middle! Max is a really affectionate boy who is looking for a new home where he can go out on adventures and afterwards have a cuddle with his family.
