Bruce - male Bulldog

Bruce is a 5-year-old Bulldog who was found as a stray. He is a sensitive soul who lacks confidence and trust in people, but does make friends very quickly. He would to find a new family to chill out with, and get lots of fuss. While we don’t have any home history for Bruce he is housetrained, knows his basic commands and is happy to jump into the car. Time left alone is best built up from scratch once he’s settled as this is currently a complete unknown. Bruce really is a brilliant boy who will make Bulldog fans very happy.

Bruce is an affectionate, sensitive boy who is looking for a quieter home with his own secure garden for lots of sniffs. We have no history for him and he has his typical Bulldog moments, so he won’t be suitable to live with younger children. Teenagers would be fine though. Bruce can also potentially live with another dog, following a successful mix at the centre prior to rehoming. Bruce does have hip dysplasia and stifle arthritis and is on life-long medication to help manage this. He is also currently overweight. We’re helping him slim down and this will need to be continued in his new home.
